What's left of the Gambler

As I said a few weeks ago on IG and FB, I foolishly lost all of my gambler footage. I thought I had "copied" the files from the SD card, when it turned out I "moved" them, and I needed to clear up some storage, so I deleted them. I've been sick over it, but luckily we had Jorge with us, who is a great photographer. He was so kind as to share his pics with me, and gave me permission to share them, so here is what I have. All pictures in this video are courtesy of Jorge Damico. I'm hoping I can still salvage some of the video footage from my SD card, because there is some good stuff, but it'll be awhile. We had a blast, and we learned a lot along the way--like it's not so much about what your car is, but what tires it has. That ultimately was our demise, we just were spending too much time fixing tires. Next year we'll know better. The Cosmetics

Not much has happened in the last week with the Jeep, we had to order a few parts for a project that we were going to do this weekend but.....life. The plan is to relocate the switches for the flood lights, and possibly integrate the garage door opener. Hopefully we'll be able to do it this coming week before holiday things start to creep in. So for now, I thought I'd share some of the little cosmetic things I've done the past few months. I'll start with the light covers. When we first bought this Jeep, it actually hadn't been delivered to the dealership yet, so the dealer gave a us a loaner Jeep for 2 weeks until it arrived, this loaner had light cages on it...obviously to protect the lights from being broken while off-roading, but I just really liked the look of them too, so that was the first item I went searching for.
